Large Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals with Eight Auspicious Symbols

These large, handcrafted Tibetan Tingsha cymbals are made in Nepal with a dark antique silver-finish bronze casting. The face is decorated with the Eight Auspicious Symbols, or Ashtamangala, in bold high relief, creating a meaningful focal point for a meditation space, altar, or ritual setting.

Strike the pair together to create a pure, deep, sustained tone. Use them to open or close meditation, clear energy from a space, or mark transitions in ceremony. Their larger size and heavier casting give the sound extra presence for group meditation and ceremonial practice.

What are the Eight Auspicious Symbols?

The parasol, golden fish, treasure vase, lotus, conch shell, endless knot, victory banner, and dharma wheel traditionally represent blessings, protection, prosperity, purity, continuity, victory, and the teachings of the Dharma.
