Refund policy

At Wondering Monk, every piece in our collection is vintage and sourced directly from Nepal's artisan workshops over twenty years ago. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable, and of genuine vintage provenance, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final — No returns or exchanges for change of mind. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues — Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at vesparado@mac.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll respond within 2–3 business days and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement.

Order Cancellations — Within 24 hours of purchase only. Email vesparado@mac.com with your order number immediately.

Refunds — If approved, refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact vesparado@mac.com.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period — EU customers have the right to return within 14 days, item unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

A Note on Vintage Condition — Patina, oxidation, and surface wear are features of genuine vintage objects, not defects. Described and photographed in every listing.
