Shipping policy
Free Shipping All US orders of $125 and above ship free. Orders under $125 are charged by weight at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.
Carrier & Estimated Delivery We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
Packaging Every item is individually wrapped and carefully packed. Fragile pieces are double-boxed to ensure safe arrival. Once handed to USPS, transit handling is outside our control. Please refer to our Return Policy for damage claim instructions.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once USPS marks a package as delivered, Wondering Monk is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Contact us before placing your order if you'd like to arrange this.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
