Shipping policy
Free Shipping — All US orders $70 and above. Orders under $70 charged by weight at checkout.
Processing Time — 1–3 business days before dispatch. Tracking number sent by email once shipped.
Carrier — USPS. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Packaging Note — Every item is individually wrapped and carefully packed. Fragile pieces are double-boxed. Once handed to USPS, transit handling is outside our control see Return Policy for damage claims.
Lost/Stolen — Once USPS marks delivered, Wondering Monk is not responsible. High-value orders: recommend Priority Mail with signature confirmation.
